uncomfortable air-conditioning

poor service

the room was alright, but the AC didn’t really work as I expected. I asked for extra blankets and never got them, which was quite disappointing. also, after this frustrating experience, I thought a complimentary gesture would have been appropriate, but I guess they don't believe in special treatment. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The communication by the receptionist is painfully slow!!! It took ages to get assistance with our luggage. noise from neighboring rooms is frustrating. I could hear every shower and air conditioner running at night!!!

i celebrated my birthday at oasis and it was amazing. the breakfast had a huge selection, including freshly baked croissants and organic juices. the poolside service was top-notch, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the port and surrounded by numerous restaurants. A comfortable Classic Double Room with well-functioning air conditioning made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a standout, offering a great selection including delicious crepes and freshly made pastries. the wifi connection was noticeably slow, and there was some noise from neighboring rooms that could be disruptive at night.

the oasis beach hotel is super nice! the room we stayed in had an amazin sea view and was really comfy. breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh choices, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. we really enjoyed the pool area and the beach was right there too. it was just a perfect place to chill out and relax during our stay.

the wifi was kinda slow, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit annoying at times.

We spent 5 amazing days enjoying the delicious seafood pasta and relaxing by the rooftop jacuzzi, which was such a treat! The complementary sun beds were a great way to unwind while soaking up the sun. The only downside was the room could have used a few more personal touches to make it feel cozier. Definitely try to catch a sunset from the restaurant! 🌅
